Due to the nature of our professional services, refunds are generally not offered once work has commenced or been completed. Each service provided involves time, expertise, and resources that cannot be reclaimed once delivered.
However, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

Overpayment beyond the agreed invoice amount.

Service not rendered due to cancellation prior to commencement.

If approved, refunds will be processed promptly to the original payment method used.
2. Service Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a scheduled consultation or service, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance of the agreed start time.

Cancellations made within this period may qualify for a partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the service.

Late cancellations or “no-shows” may result in forfeiture of payment, as team resources would already have been allocated.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following are non-refundable:

Fees paid for consultations that have already taken place.

Deposits or retainers for ongoing engagements once work has begun.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your invoice or service completion notice.
